Padar is small, but is the third largest island of Komodo National Park, and was once a stomping ground for the immense dragons that gave the reserve its name., Array, Komodo Dragons are ambush predators, they lie in wait for an animal to come within striking distance. Here is a cautious deer getting a drink but keeping an eye out for, and on, a nearby dragon who lies in the undergrowth watching it.
